This unit is aimed at supporting the managers and staff of client companies in a strategic way to overcome crises and emergency situations that threaten the achievement of their established objectives or good business success.
For this purpose, the consulting team of the Crisis and Conflict Management unit will carry out the diagnosis and conceptualization of the event, will design the risk map, to proceed with the identification of the different focus of attention to which the company should direct its efforts and the final design of the applicable corporate, legal and media strategy to reverse or mitigate the negative effects and prevent the risk of corporate contagion on a critical event.
